《鼓舞圈圈》免費非洲舞蹈課~~~

上週五在台南上課，我的一位舞者因工作關係沒辦法準時來練，又騎了一個多小時的路程來教室，可是我們已經下課了，隨後，她難過的哭泣，哭沒上到課好好的跳舞，哭沒自己的生活，哭做不完的工作，我真的好心疼⋯⋯

Last Friday, I had a class in Tainan, one of my dancer can not come on time, because her work is TOO MUCH, she rode to studio around 1.5 hour, but we already finish work, then she crumble so bad, cry for didn't dance, cry for no her life, cry for many works can not finish, I feel so bad....

我是很在意心靈層面的人，好似有朵花在那裡，若內心不喜歡不開心，這花會枯萎，人也沒活力，這不是生命應該要過樣子⋯⋯

I am a person who care about soul, I feel that as like have a flower live inside, if you are not happy, the flower will withered, no energy, this is not the life we need to.

我知道我的生命價值就是帶給人快樂，沒錯，雖然是很冷門的舞蹈，但是卻可以抒發內在壓力，與沈重的身體....

I know the value of my life is giving people "HAPPY", yes, African dance is not popular but it can release your stress and body. 

然後，我突然有個念頭，我想要不定期開堂「免費」的非洲舞蹈課，讓任何想來跳舞，感受鼓聲能量的朋友來過過癮，沒有專不專業，只有開不開心。

Then I have an idea that I want to open unregular FREE African dance class for anyone, to feel the energy of drumming and connect earth with dance.
