定居台灣的Griot樂手- Moussa Mao Camara

【Moussa Camara的故事】

他，來非洲西部幾內亞的部落Kindia，是第一位來台定居，留在台灣長期推廣非洲鼓舞文化的非洲音樂家。

在西非，Griot代表著 說書人/音樂家/詩人 的身分，是社會上傳承歷史文化的重要角色。這個角色以世襲方式流傳許多世代，而「Camara」這個姓氏，就是Griot音樂世家的重要傳承之一。而Moussa的家族，在Kindia當地也是以世代專業製作Balafon(非洲木琴)而聞名。

Moussa從小接受父親的教導以及兄長朋友們，學習西非傳統、現代音樂，以及各種樂器演奏，包含Balafon(非洲木琴)、Dunun(敦敦鼓)、Djembe(金杯鼓)、Kora(非洲豎琴)以及Guitar(吉他)。這些音樂養分，就這樣從小融入他的血液中，成為生命中不可或缺的糧食。Moussa成年後，就開始出外闖蕩，加入不同的鼓舞團及工作坊進行演出，並磨練各種演奏技巧，也就是在這段時間，讓他的鼓樂技巧更趨成熟精湛。

25歲時，Moussa到首都-Conakry來發展，加入第一個鼓舞團Merveilles de Guinee，是學習最多鼓舞solo技巧的歲月。
隨後加入Boka Junior Percussion，此時長居在澳洲的非洲鼓手-Mohamed Bangoura邀請擔任他工作坊的主要樂手許多年。

現在與另一半A Miu老師在台灣一同推廣西非傳統鼓舞文化，讓更多人能回歸真我，了解真正的西非幾內亞音樂，重新感受心中的原始律動而努力著~

非洲鼓舞活動@花蓮 聲子藝站

在花蓮要經營藝術/音樂/舞蹈的文化，實在不是很容易，資源沒台東多，當地居民也沒有好的觀念來支持藝術，或是生活藝術化。

這次的主辦人-劉宇哲 Seydouba因為愛上非洲鼓，而全力想在花蓮推廣非洲鼓舞，並冀望能結合當地的原民舞蹈或各項藝術，成為花蓮的特色之一。

這是我第二次來到花蓮辦舞蹈課，我感覺，這裡  正在開花結果~

9/4 《鼓舞圈圈》來跳舞吧!! @大安森林公園

還記得今年3/27復活節所舉辦的《鼓舞圈圈》來跳舞吧! 活動，整周都下雨，唯獨當天沒有下，讓活動跳得很盡興，許多朋友/路過的一起來共襄盛舉，跳在一起，好開心那天~~~
Remerber the dance event on March 27th this year, that week raining so bad but the day was stop, let the event going well, everyone had a good time.

A Miu老師即將在9月初的第一周星期日再持續這樣的活動，讓大家跟著A Miu，隨著鼓聲，解放壓力，盡情的跳舞

在現代機器化的繁華都市裡，
急速匆忙的步調，
常常壓得讓人喘不過氣來，
許多人的物質生活很好，
但內心卻反而過得不開心。
In a modern and bustling city, people often can’t take a breath. We might have good material life but feel unhappy from the bottom of heart.

在遙遠的非洲大陸上，
音樂及鼓舞律動，
是人們生活的一部份，
隨著音樂自由擺動身體，
在這個地方是多麼自然，
但在我們週遭的環境，
卻是多麼難得。
In Africa far from here, music and the rhythm of drumming and dancing is part of people’s lives. It is just so natural to swing body freely with music over there. In the environment around us, we hardly can do that.

A Miu是一個很在意心靈層面的人，
她一直覺得，
每個人的心中，
都好像有一個美麗的花朵，
如果內心不喜歡不開心，
花...就會枯萎，
人...也會沒有活力，
這不是生命應該要有的樣子。
A Miu is very concerned about the mental and spiritual aspects of a person. She always feels that there is a beautiful flower in everyone’s heart. If you are unhappy, the flower in your heart is dying and you will have no energy. This is not the way the life should be.

因為有這樣強烈的感受，
A Miu突然有個念頭，
想不定期開辦個「免費」的非洲舞蹈課，
讓任何想來跳舞，
感受鼓聲能量的朋友來過過癮，
沒有專不專業，
只有開不開心。
Because there is such strong feeling, A Miu suddenly has a thought to offer a "FREE" African dance class from time to time to the people who want to dance and feel the energy of the drum. It’s not about to dance professionally, just about to have fun and to be Happy.

第二次活動
將在9/4 下午3:00
於大安森林公園舉辦，
(在大安森林公園，建國南路上，第4個入口進來左轉直走的涼亭)
The first event will be held in Da-an Forest Park at 3:00 pm on 4th, September. 2016.
